Are your products in stock?
Most of our products are made to order, and we keep a large supply of materials in stock to fulfill your order.
However, specific items may have longer lead times and are listed on each product page. If for some reason an order will take longer than listed to fulfill, we will reach out to you before proceeding.
Can you make me a custom size/shape/colour sticker?

Send us an e-mail with your order# to designit@rminvitations, and we will do our best to help you out.
How long does it take to get my custom order draft?
Please allow for 1-2 business days to receive your digital proof. Please keep an eye out in your inbox and/or spam folder just in case!
How do I approve my custom order draft?
You will receive your draft(s) to the e-mail address you provided upon ordering. Once you have your draft(s), simply respond to the e-mail your approval, or any changes you may require.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring all spelling and details on the design are correct prior to giving us your final approval.
How long does it take to ship my order after I approve my draft(s)?
Most of our custom products will ship out within 1-3 business days of your draft approval. Some products may need more time and will show an expected lead-time on the individual product page.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
When your order is made and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info (if applicable).
When can I expect my delivery (Canada)?
If you opted for free lettermail shipping, it typically takes approximately 5-10 business days from when your order is shipped, and where you are located.
If you opt for an upgraded shipping option, estimated delivery dates will be provided to you at checkout.
When can I expect my delivery (USA)?
It typically takes approximately 3-7 business days from when your order is shipped via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number to keep tabs on your order.
